Our mission
Speakify exists to eliminate the opacity and gatekeeping of the traditional speaker bureau model. We believe every event organiser — from a startup founder hosting a team day to a conference director planning a 5,000-person summit — deserves direct, transparent access to the right speaker for their moment.
How we work
Buyers describe their event in plain language. Our AI reads the brief, scores every speaker on the platform against it, and returns a ranked shortlist within minutes — with transparent fees, live availability, and verified buyer reviews. No middlemen, no opaque markups.
Once a match is found, contracts and NDAs are signed in-platform. Payment is held securely and released only seven days after the event is delivered — protecting both parties.
Speaker-neutral by design
Speakify surfaces the best match regardless of whether a speaker is Speakify-exclusive, bureau-partnered, or discovered through the open network. We operate as a meritocracy: speaker credibility compounds through verified buyer reviews, not bureau relationships.
